Do you shp to PO BOX?

  • We do not ship to PO BOX within USA, Canada and Mexico.  We do ship to PO BOX outside these 3 locations.

 

Which shipping method do you use?

  • We ship mostly with UPS/Fedex within USA.
  • DHL and EMS for outside USA.

 

How soon can you ship my order?

  • We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. If an item ran out of stock, it will be shipped within few days, if it takes more than 5 days to ship, we will contact you.

 

How long is the delivery?

  • Norther America ( USA, Canada and Mexico) 2 to 5 days delivery.
  • European ( UK, Italy, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherland, Ireland and Germany) 3 to 6 days.
  • Other Euro countries 4 to 8 business days. ( maybe longer if express is not available)
  • Asia ( Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Phillipines, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia and Hong Kong)  2 to 5 Business days
  • Other Asia countries, South America, South Africa, India, Australia and Russia will take 4 to 10 days. ( maybe longer if express service is not available)

 

Do I have to pay tax or duty?

  • We do not charge Sales Tax on our website.
  • Duty or VAT may be charged by your custom.  Please check with your local custom for detail

 

Can I return my item? Do you charge restock fee?

  • We accept all returns within 30 days.  
  • Refund will be send less shipping charge ( there will be no refund on shipping fee, unless its our error)
  • Restock fee may apply 5% to 15%.

 

My order has arrived but damaged, how do I file claim?

  • If your item has been damaged on delivery, please send us some photos showing the item damaged, and one photo of the shipping lable.
  • In the email with photos, please include your order number and your phone number. 
  • We will file claim for you as soon as we received all info from you, we will send a new replacement as son as we file the claim.

 

I have received wrong order, how do I exchange for the correct one?

  • If you received wrong item, we will need you to return it to us, we will send the correct item as soon as the item has been returned.
